Arizona Game and Fish Department is the first Governmental Agency (nationwide) to embrace social networking and pay per post technology via SocialSpark. I have been watching the folks over at IZEA for sometime due to their SocialSpark project. It is very similar to the Blogwire concept I have been working on.
